The place where children and families build a strong foundation of their life, CHARACTER through ACTIVITES in order to prepare themselves for the TRUE SUCCESS!

CONCEPT OF LEARNING

	PURPOSE Children together with parents have to understand first, Why do we need the right character? What will be if we choose to do the right character ? BASECAMP is arising FUTURE EXCELLENT LEADERS who will achieve TRUE SUCCESS.
FOCUS Focusing on only one character each term, children will have time to apply the character everyday, at home, at school, or wherever they go, until it become HABITS.
	MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCE We believe that every children are SPECIAL and UNIQUE creation of God. Through various activities, children will have chance to experience their strength in each area. Parents and teachers will try to find out children's potential intelligence in order to give support to develop them in specialization.
REWARDS Rewards are given not according to end result but base on the process of character learning through activities. The other side, children also learn to accept the consequences because of choosing to do the wrong characters.
	ROLE MODEL Showing a good role model through a drama, puppet show, real story of successful people. But, the most powerful role model in characters are : parents, family, nanny, teachers and friends.
FUN ART Art as a way to express children's feeling and creativity, in along to give more understanding about the right characters. Children experiencing various type of art, developing a creative mind.
	COMMITMENT Active support from parents and 'neighborhood' takes a major portion in developing the right characters qualities in children. Basecamp work together with parents and nannies, through communication book, parents and teachers sharing, and nannies training.
